About Me
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Brigham Young University in April 2005. I will receive my PhD from BYU in the same field in April 2011.
I grew up in Fountain Valley, California (near Huntington Beach). I am the second of 7 children and love that Southern California weather!
From February 2000-March 2002, I served a mission for my church in Spain. There I learned the Spanish (Castillian) language and learned the joy of serving my fellow men.
On May 1, 2004, I married my wife, Aubrey, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in December 2005 and works for L-3 Communications in Salt Lake City. We now have a beautiful daughter who has brought a lot of fun (and a fair share of work) into our life!
In my free time I enjoy reading, watching movies, mountain biking, camping, photography, and fiddling around on my computer. I have also done some dabbling in iPhone programming as a hobby.
